This is about supporting people to live their life their way, achieving the things that are most important to them. We focus on what people can do, rather than what they can't using the support at the heart of their community.

Our opportunities
Our staff are based in a variety of locations including care homes, day centres, short break services, in people's homes and at hospitals.
The work includes supporting older people, people with disabilities or people with other care needs to live independently.
