We need occupational therapists. You will help people in Lancashire live in their own homes.

Your work will include:
helping people move safely (moving and handling)
supporting people to do things themselves (enablement techniques)
using special equipment (tools and devices for daily living)
making big changes to homes (major adaptations)
using technology to help people (assistive technology)
learning and sharing knowledge (training and development)
When you join adult services, you will start with our Adult Social Care Academy. This is a training programme for your first year. It helps you learn what you need to know.
You will get support from a registered occupational therapist.
You will get training in:
strength based practice (focusing on what people can do)
moving and handling
giving the right level of care (proportionate care)
using special equipment
Salary
Up to £39,513 for occupational therapists
Up to £44,711 for senior occupational therapists
Flexible working
We offer flexible working. You can work in the community, in offices, or from home (where possible).
