We are recruiting care assistants. You will help older people in our care homes.

Our care assistants:

• make a positive difference to people's lives

• treat people with kindness, dignity and compassion

The role includes:

• helping people move safely and eat well (mobility and nutrition)

• supporting people with dementia

• leading activities for residents

You will work in one of our 16 residential homes. We use the latest technology to provide excellent care.

We will support you to build your career. You will get introductions to:

• handling techniques

• care legislation (laws about care)

• training and development while you work
