Charges and costs

You choose a service level that is right for you.

Basic £5.05 per week
Standard £6.70 per week
Enhanced £9.50 per week

These charges cover equipment, monitoring and 24/7 response from our team.

Cancelling or changing TEC

  • You can cancel the service at any time.
  • You may need to give us 14 days' notice.
  • You will need to return the equipment in good working order.
  • There is no charge for cancelling.
