Report a damaged illuminated sign
If you are reporting a damaged illuminated sign, or a sign which is an immediate danger to highway users, (e.g. leaning into live traffic or footway) call 0300 123 6780 immediately.
Report a damaged unlit sign
The quickest and easiest way to report a damaged unlit sign is via the Love Clean Streets mobile app.
Before you start you will need to register for an account with Love Clean Streets, using an email address and password, if you haven't already done so.
You will need to provide:
the location of the sign
a description
a photograph - max 4mb limit (optional - only take a photo if safe to do so)
