    • Living in unsafe or unhygienic conditions 

    • Not washing or changing clothes 

    • Hoarding that makes it hard to move around safely 

    • Avoiding contact or missing appointments 

  • Physical abuse

  • Domestic abuse

  • Sexual abuse

  • Psychological or emotional abuse

  • Financial or material abuse

  • Discriminatory abuse

  • Organisational or institutional abuse

  • Neglect and acts of omission

  • Modern slavery
