Whalley library is closed from 9am to 10am on the second Wednesday of every month for staff training.
All our libraries are closed on bank and public holidays and some additional days.

Access and parking
There is a car park at the side of the library. Parking is also available on the road outside the library.
The entrance to the library is level.
