Using this service before you apply helps you submit a stronger application and reduces the chance of refusal or delays.

How to use the service

  • Complete the application form and prepare your supporting evidence

  • Email your application form and evidence to suds@lancashire.gov.uk or send them by post

  • If your application is valid, you will receive an invoice for payment

  • After payment, we will contact you to arrange a technical meeting

  • Following the meeting, we will send written advice summarising the key points within the timescales set out in the terms of service
