Staff briefing sessions - July 2026

We are holding a number of staff briefing sessions next week. These sessions are an opportunity to hear more about what Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) means for us, ask questions and discuss what happens next.

We encourage you to raise any questions you may have, even if we do not yet have all the answers.

Upcoming sessions

  • Monday 20 July, 1.30pm to 3.30pm – The Exchange, Barden Lane, Burnley

  • Wednesday 22 July, 2pm to 4pm – The Arc, White Cross, Lancaster

  • Thursday 23 July, 10am to 12 noon – Council Chamber, County Hall, Preston (hybrid session with online attendance available. A recording will be made available afterwards)

The County Hall session on 23 July is a hybrid event and will be available online.
